Get ready to leave the safety of dry land to discover what makes windsurfing one of the most popular water sports in the world!

Windsurfing is an exhilarating combination of surfing and sailing and our beginners masterclass gives you the chance to hit the beach to catch some serious waves. After squeezing into a wetsuit you'll master the basic board skills on the beach before taking to the water to see if you can stay on your feet and out of the water! But with the help of an experienced instructor you'll be up on your board and cruising across the water in no time!

Restrictions

Participant Guidelines

Windsurfing can be done from the age of eight upwards, however some locations require a higher minimum age so please confirm this when booking. Participants need to be fit and healthy as windsurfing is a very physical activity. Not suitable for pregnant women or anybody suffering with back or spinal problems.

General Availability

Lessons take place at weekends and usually only run through the summer months.

What To Wear

Wetsuits are provided so all you need to bring is a towel, a swimsuit and a spare set of clothes to change into.

Weather

Not suitable in snow, heavy wind or torrential rain.

Duration

This experience lasts approximately 2 hours but can vary, please double check before booking.

This experience is valid for one person.

Spectators

Spectators are welcome to come and watch the session from the safety of dry land.
