Terms and Conditions

Validity

Red Rush adrenalin vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. The expiry date is printed on the front of the voucher along with your unique voucher code. You must make your booking before this expiry date or the voucher will no longer be valid, although the date you select can be after the expiry date of the voucher.

Activity Range

Red Rush vouchers are valid for all activities and experiences featured on the website unless otherwise stated. If your chosen experience is higher in price than the value of your voucher, you will need to pay the price difference at the time of securing your booking. Special offer and promotional vouchers may be restricted to certain activities, please check the details of the relevant offer for information.

Redeeming your voucher

Simply click the 'redeem a voucher' button in the top corner of www.redrushvouchers.co.uk and then follow the instructions. You will need to have your unique voucher code so be sure you have that handy. Detailed instructions are included in your voucher pack.

Refunds

Refunds can be issued for vouchers within 7 days of purchase. After this date the following applies:
7-28 Days £20 or 25% admin charge, whichever is the lesser amount
From 28 days vouchers are non refundable.
We can only issue refunds to the voucher purchaser and this will be either by card, paypal or cheque. Postal vouchers must be returned along with all packaging and literature in order to qualify for a refund.
Should you be deemed eligible for a refund the absolute maximum amount this will be is the monies you have paid to us and will not extend to consequential loss or claimed inconvenience or stress howsoever caused. No exceptions are made in this regard.

Restrictions

Certain activities and venues have minimum or maximum requirements in order to participate. e.g. age, health, height, weight or minimum group size. General details are in the key info section on the website and venue specific details when you go through to redeem a voucher. We request that you check all the restrictions carefully before placing your booking as it may not be possible to cancel your booking once it is confirmed.

Activity Descriptions and Images

The information provided by Red Rush Vouchers is correct at the time of publication. Please note however that from time to time activity formats, descriptions or restrictions may change. Images are only indicative of the actual activity and are not specific to any particular venue. Equipment, vehicles or facilities pictured may not necessarily be available at your selected venue. Please check for venue specific details.

Activity Duration

The duration stated is an approximate guide. Itineraries may change on the day due to weather conditions or other external factors. You may be sharing the activity with other people and be required to take it in turns.

Venues

The Red Rush network is largest activity network in the UK and is still expanding. From time to time it may be necessary to remove venues from the network, there are always alternative venues available however the location and experience may vary.

Availability

We endeavour to display the most recent availability on our website, however we advise that you do not make other arrangements such as hotels or transport until you have received a booking confirmation from ourselves. We recommend that you book at least 28 days in advance especially for driving experiences and flying experiences.

Where specific elements of the experience such as vehicles, aeroplanes etc are not available due to mechanical breakdown, the activity provider reserves the right to make substitutions on the day. If this is not possible the activity provider reserves the right to postpone the experience at short notice.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Once we have confirmed your booking date we will send you all the details, booking terms and directions to the venue. Should you wish to change your date once it is confirmed, we will need to check with the venue for their approval. It may not be possible to change the date especially at short notice.

From time to time a venue may need to postpone a booking due to outside factors such as weather conditions, road closures, participant cancellation etc. We advise that you call the evening or morning before your activity to check details. Please note that Red Rush vouchers is unable to reimburse for transport, accommodation or other expenses for arrangements made around the activity.

Promotional Codes

Red Rush vouchers issues promotional codes through different mediums and may have 3 or 4 codes available at any one time. Please note that only one valid code may be used per purchase. Promotional codes may carry restrictions on activity type, availability and expiry, please check details of the offer. Promotional codes are not valid for use when redeeming a voucher.

Feedback

We welcome all feedback and love to hear about your experience. If you have a problem on the day please bring it to the attention of the activity provider/venue manager so they may attempt to resolve it there and then. If you feel the problem is not resolved you can contact our customer service department on customer@activityhq.com.
In general, we do not consider it reasonable if you do not speak to a member of staff on the day and complain about your experience later.

This company complies with regulations and guidelines as laid down by the Office of Fair Trading and Trading Standards for the service we offer. We welcome any inspection of our processes in this regard.

All our names are well known in the UK and we have acquired both registered and unregistered rights in our names, brands, trademarks, domain names and logos. No one may use our brands, names, trademarks, domain names or logos for any purpose without our express written permission. Any unlawful use will be dealt with swiftly by law.

Work Happy Experiences

Once a voucher has been redeemed it cannot be used again, even if there are monies left on the voucher.
