You're in for plenty of mud and mayhem as you take on an adrenalin-fuelled assault course and our 1 hour challenge gives you the chance to take on all the classics including high walls, tyre runs and impossible cargo climbs but do you have what it takes to conquer the course?

Restrictions

Participant Guidelines

A reasonable level of fitness is required to take part, however the harder obstacles can be skipped. Not suitable for pregnant women or anyone who suffers from back or spinal problems.

Good availability all year round.

What To Wear

Old clothes that you don't mind getting very wet and muddy. lightweight trainers or boots with good grip are also a good choice. A towel and a spare set of clothes is essential!

Weather

Only extreme weather conditions can affect this activity, generally speaking the more rain the better!

This experience lasts approximately one hour.

Number of People

Minimum group sizes do apply at some sites so please double check before booking.

Spectators

Spectators are welcome, however be prepared to get a bit muddy!
